I Can’t Keep This Homeschool Hack a Secret Any Longer

Updated: Sep 11

If you’ve ever sat down at the end of a homeschool week and thought, “Wait… did I log Tuesday’s hours? Or was that Monday?!” — you are not alone. Keeping track of homeschool hours (especially for multiple kids) can feel like one more overwhelming thing on the never-ending list.

That’s why I’m so grateful for Homeschool Hall. As a Missouri mom, logging hours is a must, and this tool has been a total game-changer for our family. 🙌

Here’s what I love most:

✨ I get a daily reminder to log hours (no more trying to remember days later).

✨ I set up our subjects ahead of time, and it automatically sorts minutes into core vs. non-core.

✨ Tracking for each of my 3 kids is easy, organized, and way less stressful.

✨ Creating a transcript has never been easier - I enter the information for each assignment and Homeschool Hall automatically creates a sharable, professional transcript.

Instead of dreading the record-keeping side of homeschooling, I feel confident and at peace knowing it’s handled. And honestly, that’s such a reminder of how God brings order to the parts of life that feel overwhelming. When the details are taken care of, I can focus on what matters most — being present with my kids and enjoying the learning journey together. 💛

What about you? Do you have a favorite app, planner, or system that helps keep your homeschool running smoothly? I’d love to hear what’s working for you!
